We call the Ballard's Idaho Grilling Cheese (Halloumi) "Evil Cheese". It is so good you can hardly stop eating it! It's a tasty addition to any dish including salads, stir fry, soups or on its own. The great thing is you can grill it up or throw it into a stir fry it doesn't melt.
