Our Halloumi-Style Idaho Grilling Cheese is delish on it own or as a buttery compliment to any dish. You can brown this cheese to sear in its gooey goodness without melting it.

My wife happened upon your Idaho Grilling Cheese during her last visit to WinCo and purchased a package, along with several other cheese options, for a date night Raclette dinner to celebrate our engagement anniversary. I love cheese. My wife enjoys it as part of a meal but not to the point of cutting off a thick slice and eating it plain. We initially tried melting it on bread, like we did with most of the other cheeses. That, of course, didn't work very well but I could tell the cheese was yummy. Then we read the package and realized it was a grilling cheese so we threw some thick slices on top of the Raclette grill and let them get nice and brown and a bit crispy. OH MY GOODNESS!!! The cheese is fantastic. It's now my new favorite cheese of all time. My wife was even exclaiming over it and eating it plain or paired with the grilled shrimp or chicken we also had on the grill. All I can say is THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Keep up the good work. We look forward to enjoying more Ballard Idaho Grilling Cheese in the future. God bless.

We call the Ballard's Idaho Grilling Cheese (Halloumi) "Evil Cheese". It is so good you can hardly stop eating it! It's a tasty addition to any dish including salads, stir fry, soups or on its own. The great thing is you can grill it up or throw it into a stir fry it doesn't melt.
