The Ballard 4-Flavor Cheese Curd Sampler brings together four bags of our fresh, squeaky cheese curds in a mix of customer-favorite flavors. Each sampler includes four different flavors, selected from:

Every curd starts with that mild, buttery flavor and signature squeak, then gets its own Ballard twist, from bright and herbaceous to savory, garlicky, or spicy.
Choose the Gift Box option for an easy-to-give assortment that is ready for birthdays, holidays, thank-yous, or just because. Or choose Curds Only to skip the box and get straight to the good stuff.

We work hard to get every order out the door as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During major holidays and other high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Once your order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update and show movement.
Please note: To prevent orders from sitting in transit over the weekend, 2-Day Shipping orders placed after 10:30 a.m. MT on Tuesday will ship the following Monday.
Cheese Shipping Considerations
Because cheese is a perishable product, we take great care to package and ship our cheese in a manner that guarantees freshness. Make sure someone will be home to receive and refrigerate your package upon its arrival. If no one is usually home during the day, consider shipping your orders to your place of business.
Due to the perishable nature of our cheese, we use special insulation and gel ice as needed. We try to ship orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to prevent our cheese from sitting on a truck over a weekend and to ensure safe delivery.
