Three years will teach a cheddar some things. Our Aged White Cheddar comes out dense and fudgy, with a balanced tang and a grown-up nutty depth. Let it hold court on a cheese board with toasted nuts, dried fruit, and something bold in the glass. Three years in, this cheddar didn’t inherit the throne. It earned it.

We work hard to get every order out the door as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During major holidays and other high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Once your order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update and show movement.
Please note: To prevent orders from sitting in transit over the weekend, 2-Day Shipping orders placed after 10:30 a.m. MT on Tuesday will ship the following Monday.
Cheese Shipping Considerations
Because cheese is a perishable product, we take great care to package and ship our cheese in a manner that guarantees freshness. Make sure someone will be home to receive and refrigerate your package upon its arrival. If no one is usually home during the day, consider shipping your orders to your place of business.
Due to the perishable nature of our cheese, we use special insulation and gel ice as needed. We try to ship orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to prevent our cheese from sitting on a truck over a weekend and to ensure safe delivery.
